  4. I love beets! I usually roast them, several at a time. I eat them hot with lemon. I eat the leftovers cold with lemon. I never thought of using horseradish on them but the last remaining roasted beet in the fridge now has a date.
    I live just down the road in Windsor. Love your definitions of Kitchener!
    BTW You forgot the word beet in the ingredient list.
