Visiting the Ol’ Cider Press

Here are pictures from our trip out to the Cider Press at Rolling Acres near St. Jacobs, Ontario.  It’s a 20 minute drive from our house and we’ve been there three times this fall.  You can read about our trip here.

The press is in the silver building on the left.

The pressed cider is sent to a barrel to be measured to determine cost.

Finally it is bagged if you wish, or sent to your bucket.

  2. I love apple cider. It’s one of my all-time favourite things, particularly during Summer. I’ve never seen any sort of cider sold in a bag before! Very very cool. Thanks for showing us the inner workings of the cidery!
